I say talk to the person who is in charge of the club. You might be able to switch teams or practice with other teams. Its not fair that you are paying for 2 practices a week and you're only getting 2 a month. What about clinics? My club has at least 4 days of clinics a week. You can get individual attention and you'll get a lot better.
I hope this helps =)

Well don't give up. Any practice is good practice. As long as it's organized in terms of calls being made and the other people have some sort of an idea on what they're doing then stick with it. But if you're getting screwed financially then it's just not worth it.

what a horrible volleyball club!!! they r just trying to get your money! those jerks. if you live in indiana then play at indy juniors volleyball club! it is the best club and you always get a good coach. cuz i played there and was on a 14-2's team and i got this horrible coach and i said i wasn't coming back this year but i have a lot of talent so they saw the potential and a ton of the other grils threatened to quit too and so the directors did a complete makeover for the club and we got tons of great new coaches and gear!

The more volleyball you play, the better you will become. Just make the best of the situation and just enjoy playing volleyball. If you really hate it that bad, then quit. A team doesn't want someone on the team that doesn't want to be there.

Sounds to me like you already quit, but the actual leaving the team technicality hasn't happened yet.
If you don't enjoy it, then yes - quit the team. But if it were me, I would take the opportunity (regardless on how much the coach knows) to work on my skills, and make myself better to make the better team next year. But again, that is just me.

Keep with it .. even practicing with bad people will make you better .. and boost your confidence! I know it feels bad making a bad team, but you can only go up from there!

I would quit, but only if you really aren't learning anything and you're not friends with your team mates. You don't want to spend that money just to be miserable.
