Economy is a type of seating class on an aircraft. The term is used to indicate the cheapest class of seating and service. Normally, depending on the aircraft, you have three seating classes: first class, business class and economy class.
Priority is a term used to determine who has "priority" over the others on the aircraft. First class will have priority over all other classes of service, then comes business class, next will usually be your frequent flyers and finally, economy class. This comes into play more so when boarding the aircraft, as well as when they are loading and off loading luggage.

Priority is better. it has bigger seats, better service, and is at the front of the plane. But it's not worth it for 2 reasons: 1) It's more expensive and 2) You get to the same place at the same time as economy.

You mean economy and buissness class? Economy is when you are shoved in the back of the plane along with hundreds of other people. Bussiness class or First class is a bit more expensive but better service, food, and lots of room.

Better seats with priority? I see we've got a lot of folks who never fly here. There's no such thing as "priority" as a seating class on the airlines.
