Ever had a home stereo so loud through your house you could shake your car mirror? Ever built a sound system so powerful you could rattle beds through 4 stories of concrete? Ever built a sound system you could get multiple chicks off simultaneously by having them sit on nearby furniture? Ever been able to drown out people's TV's from a semi-acoustically damped chamber? Ever had a deaf man without his hearing aids from over 250' feel the bass and wonder why his bedroom is shaking, not to mention hear vocals through 2 structures?

Try vibrating things through sizeable distances and getting into serious pressure/panel loading of structures, then I'll be impressed. ;) Shaking cars is easy... try shaking entire buildings to load them to shake surrounding structures. Some of this I was doing with 900 watts... current system shaking sits at a modest 6000. other ventures I'd like to do some designs upwards of 24,000... limited by money, and the complaints from neighbours. ~sigh~

Welcome to the wonderful world of bass... push the limits... ;)

Sound is produced by the woofer pushing the air. It doesn't take much to get your rear view mirror to rattle.
