Halleluiah means "praise Jah" The ancient Jews knew His name and it's spelled in the tetragrammaton or YHWH, JHVH, YHVH. They didn't use vowels in their language so we don't know them, but Yahweh and Jehovah are the 2 most common renderings. Jehovah is found 4 times in the KJV authorized version one of those being at Psalm 83; 18.

There are many "gods". Satan himself is considered the God of this wicked system. The name of the one true Almighty is YHWH/Yahweh/Jehovah. Psalms 83:18 "That people may know that you whose name is JEHOVAH, You ALONE are most high over all the earth"

That's a good question!! One person might say "Allah" while another person might say "Jehovah" or "Yahweh".
Since you mentioned "Jesus" in your question, I assume your asking from a Christian viewpoint.
So...here's some things to ponder.....
The Lord Jesus said "I and the Father are One" (Thereby making him God......God the Son.......
The God of Abraham,Isaac, and Jacob told Moses that he was the great "I AM" (In the Charleton Heston Movie "The Ten Commandments"....Moses asked, "Who should I say is sending me ? and the response he got was "Say that "I AM" is sending you"..........
If you read in the Bible, you will also find "Jehovah" as his name ....and ,I believe,it is also written that he is known by many different names.....
I know that can get confusing.....but I hope that answers your question!!
Merry Christmas!!

Until you have a conscious experience of that divine power we call "God", you can not know the real name. And when you have that experience and realize the true name, you cannot write it down. Then the name is based on your language, or nationality. The true name cannot be written. Only experienced.
