wash hands often, cough into your arm if you really want to avoid getting a cold stay home until cold season passes jk lol oh and drink a lot of orange juice and take alot of vitamin c

Drink plenty of water, get rest, take lots of vitamin C, and use zinc lozenges for sore throats.
And don't act sick that's a sure fire way to get you body believing that you are really sick and should be in bed. Trust me you body will more than oblige.

Open your Windows!! Breath some fresh air.(Esp. if you live in FL) but if you live in a cold climate, Have nutritional food, Avoid having junk food esp. Wash hands, Get some good sleep
