well, if you really love him, you should go directly to him and talk to him about it. if he is mean he still may like you.
I hate to admit this, but being mean to a girl is one of a guy's ways of flirting. they like her, so they be mean to her. i guess it's sort of a nervous deffensive disorder. but some times you only want what you can't have. find out if he's interested. if he is really even worth your time, then you won't have to fight the other girls because he will cling to you, and they won't have a chance. the only way that you will never know is to never try.

ouch that is harsh, harsh. at least it's not like she knew how you felt when she went out with him. build bridges, and get over this guy. i know it's hard, but that's all you can really do. if you continue to love him, he and all your friends might hate you. it will be hard, but try to find someone else you always thought was cute and think about him. if you have any idea that someone might like you at all, go ahead and make their day. find someone else you are attracted to and move on. as for your friend, try to stay friends with her; but she will respect you if you just laugh the whole thing off and don't make a big deal about it.

Tough one.. but i can say this.. if the guy is mean to you.. dont give him a second look. no guy is worth that.
your life around you probably feels like its crumbling. its just how you look at it. if you have that much drive for him.. put that effort somewhere else. put it in your school work. use that passion to drive you.. your inner self. nothing is worth breaking yourself down. be proud of yourself.. do good in school and let love lead itself.. you will be a better person because of it.. good luck!
