They're great on burgers, or you can chop them up and put them in anything that calls for relish. Any mayo-based salad, tartar sauce, remoulade, or in deviled eggs. Lots of uses.

Salmon salad sandwiches, tuna sandwiches. You can put them on the sandwich for a nice crunchy change.
