Yes- just like male humans have nipples as well. Other than marsupials I think all male animals have some sort of nipple.

Yes, male cats do have nipples. Just like humans, they might not have as big as ones as females.

no only female cats do, because they need nipples to give the kittens milk and male cats dont have to give the kitten milk

Yes. With few exceptions, all male mammals have nipples, same as their female counterparts.

Yes! Captain Worf is 9 years old and has a full set, which show through his thin black tummy fur! He's always had 'em. Baby doesn't appear to have any, though.
