I would say that 1/2 cup of egg substitute (like Egg Beaters) equals 1 1/2 eggs. They sell them in individual cups that have exactly 1 cup in them. I used to have to eat 3 eggs per day or one cup of egg substitute (no questions please), so there it is.

I use 1T oil for every egg in recipes.
I think an egg would actually be 2T though.
Since 8T = 1/2c, I would say 1/2c egg replacer would be equivalent to 4 eggs.

You should stop eating eggs anyway-don't you know they're dead baby chicken embryos?
