I think if you don't want to be too obvious... wait until the christmas party... get a few drinks and whisper somethinig naughty or nice in his ear... see how he takes it... office flings can either turn out really good or really bad... I met my wife at work... but you don't have to be shooting for the stars to get this guy to notice that you are interested... other helpful tips... offer to pick up his fav cup of java on the way into the office tomorrow... he'll be grateful and have a night full of wondering why... sure to start any day off right...

Wait until he is there long enough to see what he is really like! If he is good looking he probably already knows and does not need you to tell him! If you come on to strong to fast he might get a bad opinion of you.

if i were in your shoes i would just start out friendly like with names and age and hows the new job then you can ask him stuff about his statis over time you know friendship is the key to a good relatonship
