This guy i work with always stares at me when he is talking during meetings. He looks directly into my eyes when he talks even in a room full of people. I catch him staring at me sometimes and he winks at me from time to time he always notices things about me like my french manicure or my tan just little things like that. Is he into me or am I just being over confident?He is in his late 30's and me in late 20's

If a man notices a french manicure, he's definitely into you. No man notices that kind of detail unless he's really got his eye on you.

When talking during meetings it helps me to make eye contact with one person at least to help my confidence. That or maybe he just likes you and thinks you are pretty.

i don't know if he likes you or not but don't worry about it. if someone is giving you little compliments, accept them with grace and don't read anything into it
