Ask yourself, "what's missing?"

Aside from a verse condemning incest, nothing!

So they probably left that out, but everything else is there.

You can't, and it isn't. Books (gospels) were left out in the 6th century because they offended some. 2 of the books being the Gospel of Thomas and the Gospel of Mary. After all. we wouldn't want elevate women to the same level as men now would we.
