How can I reduce blemishes, and redness on my face, and also get rid of black heads, and small zits. Any natural ways? Besides toothpaste, which just made it worse.

for reducing redness you can used a green color corrector (it like a concealer).The green will tone down the redness. (try the brand MAC). mix it with your face moisturizer and apply.as for black heads and small zits make sure you choose a right skincare .a deep cleansing mask will help but never overdo it.

Sorry, I'm not sure of any natural methods, but I can totally recommend Proactiv to you. yes toothpaste is not really a good for your face. but i would say use clean and clear face scrub and their lotion. just wash ur face twice a day and always put lotion on.
