search for language exchange sites, there are plenty out there for free, if you already speak a little bit you can even use dating sites, just be honest in your profile, say you are looking for friends online and you are trying to learn spanish.

if you want to learn by yourself though, i recommend watching movies or listening music in spanish so it helps with pronounciation, and go to those site Martha mentioned ^_^
