Well, it's her loss. Her timing and yours are just not in sync.
If you are wondering what to do, that tells me you might still have some feelings, so just listen to your heart.
But if you are not interested anymore, then no big deal. Someone else will become interested in her and you will find another girl for you.

Move on. You already messed it up for yourself. She probably liked you the whole time but you didn't have the balls to say so.
Next time you have someone you are into, don't let the opportunity slip away again. Ask her out.
