It sounds like he likes you or at least likes to look at you. Then again maybe you have a wild hair style that he is checking out.
Just kidding.
It really does sound like he likes you. Maybe you should talk to him sometime. Nothing serious just say hello or how are you today. He may be shy or he may know that you are shy. I would just break the ice if you like this guy everything will work out in the end. Who knows he might even want to go out with you. If not then there is no sweat off your back.

He might be attracted to you, but you really can't know until you talk to him. Strike up a conversation about anything; school, your teacher, a party, TV, the weather, whatever. See if he'll let you be his friend first. He might just be a friendly kind of guy who smiles at everyone, you never know. And it doesn't hurt to flirt a bit.

Yeah he probably likes you but no telling for sure. If you really want to know watch how he acts around other girls and how he acts around you. Smile back and be friendly. If you like him, go out on a limb and ask him if he wants to go do something (such as go see a movie)

do you like him? if you do you should talk to him. if you don't, don't be rude to him, but don't lead him on either. be friendly, and you never know what could happen.

well 1. ask one of your friends if they could please ask one of his friends if he likes you. 2. ask him your self, or 3. go up to him and say "I like you" (only if it is true)
