We talk every once in a while, but I dont know what the other things she does mean. She takes quick glances, tries to start conversations every once in a while, and things like that. Shes shy though, so thats the problem. What do I do?

Well if you like her go for it man! It seems to me that she likes you and would love to hear you ask her out. The shy glances are a good sign and that she is starting off conversations because she wants to be around you. Ask her out!

Either she's shy, she's with someone else you haven't noticed who is talking about you, or she's wondering why you keep looking at her.
If she's just shy, then you need to really show that you're patient and willing to talk about anything, with no rush.

I'm shy sometimes too. I know I open up if someone starts talking about my favorite things....do you know her favorite movie? Music? Sport? Ask her about stuff like that. It helps to get a girl to open up if they know you're interested in them and you start talking about things they like.

maybe she is shy but she likes you and is shy to let you know or talk to you more if you are not shy yourself you go to her and talk to her or maybe ask for a date also give her time for a day to answer you because she is shy. and don't be afraid of getting no answer because is worth to know how she thinks.

she's shy.. not everybody's outgoing...maybe you should make it easier for her to initiate conversations with you. it sounds like she likes you she just doesn't know how to make the conversation flow. help her out a little. it'll loosen her up and maybe you two will hit it off. good luck.

be friendly. don't shy away because she's shy. make conversation, and eventually she should become comfortable enough with you to start them herself. plus, if you don't, you'll never know if she likes you back! it's worth a try, man.

i think once you two get talking morea nad more to each other she will not be so shy anymore so just start doing that and then ask her out and she wont be shy at all

she's shy, so you will need to take more of the initiative with starting the conversations until she is comfortable enough with you to easily start them on her own...
