k so this guy thinks im joking around about liking him because his shy and always in the library but im not i want to write him a letter instead of saying it to his face cause he doesnt listen he wont even look at me because his that shy so should i be like straight forward about what i feel and that i am NOT joking around i would never do such a thing to somebody..?

I'm not big on writing people letters. I think I'd hang around the library with him and spend time getting to know him. See what he does there, and what subjects he's interested in. Once you give him a letter, you'll have certain expectations and if he's so shy, he won't react the way you expect him to.

I think it might scare him if you were straight forward... however giving him a letter kinda stoops to his level of shyness... do this... one day while he is at the library go pick up a couple of subs or cups of coffee and bring one to him... this will bring him to looking at you and have an opportunity to interact.. if you have to convince him you really like him... he may not really like himself.. in which case you should run... his mind is not something you want to try and get mixed up in...

Learn some grammar before you attempt writing a letter. Run-on sentences and poor spelling do not a cool chick make.
