I'm a Who's Who. I can help you.
First, you must be nominated by a teacher or coach. Then, they'll send you something through the mail. You tell of some of the stuff you've done, your grades, etc. You do this by sending their questionnaire back through the mail or online. Then, they should put it through a board or something and choose, what they said, was the top 5% in the country. Then they'll send you a letter telling you whether you've been accepted or not. If you were accepted, they'll send you what your biography will say and you can tell them of any changes that need to be made. There will also be an order form. You send back your biography, with or without changes, if you want to be in the book. You do not have to purchase a book, nor pay any money for your name to be in it. However, you can buy one for a keepsake. It can help you get into college. They send many of them to many different colleges in the country, so it's supposed to help.
I hope this helps!

It is a joke. I am in several different Who's Who. They sent me a form and I filled it out and that was that. Then after I was in the book they tried really hard to sell me a copy and to sell me a plaqque for my office, etc etc. What a deal!
After I had been in for several times and they sent me some forms to ask me to update my wonderful accomplishments, I just started making stuff up. like - " received the J.J. Huffenpuff Prize for General Excellence" and they put it in there. hahahahah!

nah - you get nominated by a teacher or coach. you don't pay to get entered. it is a joke though. i think 2-4% of people get it, and they make a fortune selling them all the book that talks about how great they all are. don't buy the book, but get yourself in it. can't hurt for college apps, etc.
