Okay, I like this guy. We don't hang out much but we share some of the same friends so hanging out isn't much of an issue. I drove him home from school yesterday and we ended up hooking up in my car. I know he wants to do stuff with me but I don't know if I'm just a piece of *** or more. I've even asked him and he says he wants to hang out to see how he feels.
Not only that, but a girl i know is a compulsive liar says that he has been trying to go out with her for like 3 years and he talks to her all the time and asks her out all the time. He, obviously, said that it's not true. I don't know him that well, but all of his friends say they've never seen him lie.
so what do i do? and do i trust the compulsive liar or the guy i barely know?

Listen to your heart. If you like this guy, go out with him. It's not as though you're going to be his girlfriend on first date. You get to know him more and check what you really feel towards this guy.
People tend to start making up issues so that you and your crush (or love) won't be together because they are jealous. They want him/her for their own so don't listen to anyone. Put your trust in him and see where this leads to. If somewhere down the road you became his girlfriend and someone started rumors like that then confront him first. Don't just jump into conclusion and believe them. Remember, a suspect is innocent until proven guilty.

Don't trust either of them, but work on getting to know the guy that you "hooked up with in your car." Then maybe you can trust him. Also, you just asked if you should trust a compulsive liar. Thats bad.

well i would get a bit more info on the situation insted of jumping to conclusions and well i would get both sides of the story b4 ne thing else and well if u have to i would trust the dude that i barely kno cuz well hes not a lier or so they say

it is probably the compulsive liar.
She is probably someone that has no freinds and just wants to get some attention..

Well this is up to you. Who do "YOU" trust? Who do "YOU" want to listen to? What do "YOU" want to do? Just follow your heart and you'll make the right decision.
