In terms of potency, Ebolla is more dangerous with 1,279 deaths out of 1,847 cases worldwide (over 69 percent). In terms of abundance, E. Coli has caused an estimated 73,000 cases of infection, including 61 deaths, each year in the United States, according to CDC statistics.

The Ebola virus is more threatening but both are dangerous. At least you can get treatment for escheria virus but Ebola kills.

E Coli can also kill if not treated. Protect yourself by using sprays to clean your kitchen that destroy he E coli. Lysol has a really good one.

At this time of the year, there is a serious problem with fresh green vegetables as you are aware, so just stay away from them from a fast food restaurant. If you buy them, clean them well before you use them.

E. coli is caused from bacteria in food. You have a better chance of surviving it than ebola. Ebola orgininates from Africa, and the cause of the virus is unknown. It kills people in a matter of hours. If I had to choose between the two, I would pick e. coli.

E. Coli is much more common, but ebola would be much much worse. E. Coli is when you get sick from eating undercooked poultry. Ebola was that highly contagious virus that killed everyone in the movie Outbreak.

E. coli (in all its versions) kills far more in one day than ebola kills in years. Most people, however, survive an e. coli infection.

Ebola, however, kills between 53% and 88% of those it infects.

It depends on how you define "most dangerous".
