k ive been dying to write a new song but idk how to really start.
i want to b about love and pain.

The words need to express your hurt and pain.
That means you need to draw from an experience that brings you those feelings. It doesn't need to be about a specific relationship or loss of romantic love.
I have drawn my emotional inspiration from missing a friend who has moved away, then changed the content of the words to express an unwelcome breakup.
The words can be smoothed out over time, once you have the feel of the song in the lyrics and the melody.

I have that same problem. Go to wherever you think of your best ideas. Improvise with chords. look at your favorite song and play with the melodies in it. I created a clarinet quartet from playing with the mendelssohn octet for strings. Look at the song which makes you the most sad, or happy, or mad, or angry, and go off of those to express what you want to express in ur composition

In order to write a song your going to need to take some spelling and grammer classes and I am not trying to be rude. Maybe it's not your spelling and grammer, it could be your typing skills need a little help but you gotta fix something before you winning any grammy's
