I shaved off all my gf's hair while she was passed out after a night of drinking. I did it cause she got me mad by eating my last strawberry cupcake without asking if I wanted it. Then I wrote her a note saying I am dumping her. She called me the next morning crying about how she can't go to class bald and asking if I'd take her back. Should I take her back since she seems sorry?

You cruel b45t4rd! That's a really pathetic reason to dump her! I'd tell her NOT to take you back, if you humiliate her like this just because she ate something of yours without your permission. next thing I can guess, you'd punch her because she stayed out late, then hit her because she wore the wrong clothes... etc.
Go to a counsellor NOW before your next partnert ends up in a domestically violent relationship, too scared to go for help.
And learn that this is NOT a good way to show control. There should be no 'boss' in a relationship.
