It is difficult for India to rid of these acid rains, due to its excessive generation, and its not exactly an acid. the acrid substance is actually coming from human refuse and its noxious vapors.

neglect to personal hygeine adds up to air acidity!

Try a little backing soda. It will make a salt out of the acid.
