i got scar tissue from running into a post tobogganing just under my shoulder like about half way between my elbow and shoulder. my shoulder hurt lots on sunday but calmed down a lot now it does not hurt a lot today what could it be? Can scar tissue be fixed?

if u know how your shoulder is put together then u understand that u have tendons that run between bones in your shoulder if u inflame those "which i have". grab yourself a can of beans or whatever get on all fours on your couch or another raised position and with your bad arm grab the can of peaches and slowly with very Small circles let the can hang there and with just your shoulder let it kinda spin. do not rotate your shoulder your hole arm should be making soft sweeping circles if that doesn't help call your doctor

I don't think it's scar tissue. I think it's the rotor and cuff. It's most probably calcium deposits from the accident causing the rotor and cuff to react by filling. You might have to have it scraped.
The second opinion is tendinitis from the old injury. this will hang on for months.

Your going to have to have CAT's scans or MRI's it's up to the doctor. He'll go from there.
