Tinkaboo...I honestly don't know. The experts say tell the truth. I fell in love with mine the minute I saw him...I didn't tell him for a few weeks. Is he prepared too know that...can he handle it...you have to ask those questions first. He probably might not be in the same place you are. And really after 4 months together I am surprised he hasn't told you...

OH MAN, I AM IN THE SAME SITUATION. ME AND MY MAN HAVE BEEN TOGETHER FOR 4.5 MOS AS WELL. ONLY ITS VISE VERSA, HE TELLS ME HE LOVES ME ALL THE TIME, AND I HAVENT EVEN SAID IT ONCE. HE KNOWS I DO, BUT I AM PROTECTIVE OF MY FEELINGS, SO IT IS HARD. I THINK YOU SHOULD WAIT AND SLOWLY FIND OUT HOW HE FEELS ABOUT YOU FIRST, THAT WAY YOU WONT FEEL LIKE YOU MESSED UP. IT ALSO DEPENDS ON HOW YOU GUYS FLOW. IF THE CONNECTION IS GOOD, AND YOU KNOW HE WONT JUMP AT THE WORDS, THEN GO AHEAD. BUT REMEMBER THAT ITS AT YOUR OWN RISK. IF YOU SAY YOU LOVE HIM AND HE HESITATES, ITS YOU WHO IS GONNA FEEL DOWN. SO, JUST SEE WHAT THE MOOD IS LIKE. ITS HARD FOR ME TO ADVICE ON THIS, BECAUSE I AM THE ONE WHO CANT EVEN SAY IT. i wonder if u know what love really is.....i'm not trying to put u off or anything, but what exactly is ur idea of love.....think it over.....i personally believe that love cann't be found in 4 mts or even 14 mts....it's takes time to really know a person and be able to love.....sadly love is too cliche now a days, and people have a distorted verson of it....again.....think it over.
