I am not epileptic, but the flashing ads are hurting my eyes and head. YAHOO could be asking to be sued.

If they're giving you a headache, it's your own fault for looking at them. No one's twisting your arm to visit Yahoo's website.

it's not yahoo's fault. it's the creator of the ad, which is usually a totally different organization.

You mean the "pop-ups" they'd tell you the same thing I'm telling you "don't look at them" it's your choice that you know they're there so, don't look if they bother you.
