Depends on what Green card he has. Is it his conditional permant residence or is it his 10 year residence. Also if you have already had your marriage interview, and signed the finically support papers youa re really outta luck. If you would have read all the paperword it states weather you two stay in the marriage you agree to the finically agreement for 10 years. Also, if he already has 10 year residence you are outta luck because he already has his citizenship now and he will no longer need you to cont. his citizenship after the 10 years or even if he goes for full citizenship. And if you don't have proof that is why you married him you are outta luck because you have signed all the paperwork, went to interviews, and tied the knot with him.. Sorry about your luck

you as a person do not have the authority to deport anyone. the homeland security department of immigration does. It really depends on how long you have been married and other issues. Keep in mind that just because you are angry at him for using you doesn't make a case for the authority to deport him.
Consult a reputable immigration lawyer.

You can report him to CIS (changed from INS since the creation of the Dept. of Homeland Security) and they can initiate proceedings against him in Immigration Court. Whether he has conditional permanent residency or a 10-year card, it can still be revoked if it was premised on fraud. This can come up at any time, including his application for citizenship.

If you catch hold of a good immigration lawyer, even if you cannot get him deported, you should be at least able make him pay for his misuse of you to get his green card.
