Well if people around you guys know that you used to be a dude then you have already forsaken your boyfriend by not letting him know. Honestly I think he will freak out once he finds out and you are doing serious damage to his name if people know and he doesnt.
It sounds like you may like him alot since you are finding it hard to tell him but you cant love him if you havent told him yet.
Sit him down and let him know. Give it to him raw. If he breaks up with you then you didnt need to be with him anyway and if he stays with you then he must care about you alot.
Either way if you plan to be with him for a while he'll find out some way or another. Personally I would cringe, spaz out, maybe vomit a few times, and then break up with the.... dude, if he told me that he is actually a male.
Im all about raw facts though and he should be able to respect your courage and honesty. No matter what happens though you will always be a man because if you are born a man you will die a man. There's no way around that. If you tell him you were a man that might just ease the blow a little, but if you were completely honest you would say you "are a man". I know you may not want to hear that but it's the real.
Oh yea and when I said "You guys" at the beginning there was no pun intended.

Tyler, you must have faced this question before. If you haven't, perhaps you should consider therapy. You're talking about a mental adjustment. You are your own best friend. Honor yourself. Learn to love yourself so that you are comfortable with who you are. If you truly love yourself, then you are a complete person. You can't control how others react to you, only how you react to others. Honor yourself, believe in yourself and do what feels right to you. If you're with a guy and are talking marriage, you have to talk about no children and he has to be comfortable with that. Sooner or later you have to talk about everything so you decide when it feels right. Good luck and God bless.

Just tell him what and IDIOT he is and u actually tricked.. stop asking ridiculous questions.. No man is a ******* fool who can't make the difference.. No matter how many surgeries u go under to be a woman.. doctors will not get It100! correct.. should i say NEVER.....there is a difference between a Real woman and a SHEMAN...stop confusing people...

well that greatly depends on your guy.. even if he did take it, and understood it, he may feel, somekinda emotional distance between both of you.. u could try to say it like you knoew someone who used to be another sex... see how he might respond to that...if he didn't take it well, just don't tell him for the sake of you both staying together.. coz what if u 2 broke up, he may just spread it in a filthy way... so

I'm hoping this relationship is brand spankin' new! If so, it should be pretty easy and you just come right out and say it. If you've been deseptive (SP?) about it for a while, you might just want to walk away from this relationship and be upfront and honest with the next one. Good luck!

Of course you should tell him, right before he tries to penetrate. He might have difficulties doing so...unless of course, you had a surgery.
