Thats an interesting question.

My defences drop around my girlfriend. Really cant think of anyone else I completely relax with, and thats not just a good thing, its what keeps me sane.

Defences are there for a reason me thinks, when there is no reason for defense, they drop automatically. Guess people just goda make sure what they believe is true..

A certain look or smile will get through the outer defence. Someone who makes the connection gets all the way through.

Certain people seem to know what to say and how to be. Deep down something is telling you your defences are down, but you just dont care!
