I believe that when the person said "*** sucker" they where referring to someone who kisses up to someone or stick up under someone to befriend them. It does not mean to literally suck someone.

You mean tossing salad? I haven't heard of "sucking" since that seems to be a pretty risky thing to do. But stimulating the anus with the tongue and finger is sometimes enjoyed by girls (or guys if you're inclined that way), but make sure you get a clear okay before you head down there to play with it.
