technically speaking, your eyes won't "fall" out..the force with which you sneeze causes a lot of pressure that build up in your sinuses (what causes you to sneeze) and that same force can pop your eye balls our of the sockets, which is why your eyes close when you sneeze; try sneezing with your eyes open, it's impossible

I do not think so! Maybe you have been watching to many horror flicks or just believe everything one tells you without considering the common sense of it all. I assure you yours eyes will not fall out, humans are made just a little bit stronger and better built than that. It would take quite a sneeze for your eyes to fall out. Maybe if you sneeze with the power of King Kong they would.

No. Sneezing generates pressure in the sinuses. If you have your eyes open when sneezing, you may feel a slight push and tears might come out of your eyes but that is all.

YES.....IT IS TRUE. The last time i did that my right eye rolled underneath the stove....then the freakin cat ran after it and batted it down into the entryway where it landed in my wife's shoe. It took me four hours to find it.....and another 45 minutes of picking all the lint off of it...not too mention if you look close enough to my right eye you can now see a slight imprint of the nike logo from where it hit the shoe. from now on....i'm keeping my eyes closed when i sneeze!

no, that's not true. If you sneeze with your eyes open your brains will squeeze out through your tear ducts like plato through the spaghetti maker thing.

Haha, I consistently attempt to, yet I in no way undergo in ideas!! every time I sneeze, i'm consistently like "DARNNN, why did no longer I you ought to shop my eyes open?!?!" And occationally I do undergo in ideas, yet i'm no longer able to in any respect somewhat do it, lol. i'm no longer giving up yet!! a minimum of for the reason which you have executed it i be attentive to that's not somewhat impossible. no longer something is impossible =D

YES! That happened to my cousin. Only, he was squinting and only his left eye flew out, that's why nature makes you close your eyes before you sneeze. Also, if you sneeze and hold your mouth and nose closed, that can make your eyes pop out too.
