If Its like a smile with the eyes then yes he is just trying to connect with you and let you know he like you. If it is just a look then he is prob looking at the booger hanging out of your nose or noticing you have colesaws or something... You will be able to tell what the look is and you should be able to work out if he is looking at you because he likes you or because you are just in his line of sight.

If you explain more about how often does he look at you and what's the way he's looking, that would help but anyway.
If you like this guy, next time he looks at you, try to make some kind of eye contact, say something through ur eyes like ''HI'', then move on. Good Luck

If a guy looks at you, it DOES NOT mean he automatically likes you. Guys look at women all the time.
If he comes up to you and asks you for your number, he is probably interested in you.

Well there are different kinds of looks for different kinds of guys. First of all there is the shy guy look (looks at you and if you look at him he quickly looks away) the confident guy look (looks at you into your eyes and raises an eyebrow/smile) if they look into your eyes they most likely like you but if they look at your mouth then they diffidently like you! And for your second question if he likes you then he will want to look at you because he likes the way you look :)

If you see him looking at you a lot or if he holds the eye contact for a long time then he probably likes you. If he just looked at you once, don't get your hopes up.

It probably means he finds you attractive, maybe its your beautiful eyes or your hair, maybe you have long smooth beautiful legs with a nice tan. It could be that you are voluptuous. whatever it is. it's just an attraction. You have to get to know the person to LIKE them.

No not really. Sometimes, something about you may catch his eye, but doesnt necessarily mean he likes you. Now if he looks and smiles, or winks, or licks his lips...yeah, he likes the way u look...thats about it.
