One should put all of one's mental and, if necessary, physical effort into the task at hand. Eliminate all outside influences that only serve to distract from accomplishing the task at hand, if possible. In situations where focusing on one main goal is not feasible, prioritize multiple tasks depending on their level of importance to achieving the end goal. Start with getting the easy stuff out of the way in order to build up momentum. Once that is achieved, it will be much less strenuous to focus on the more difficult tasks ahead. However, sometimes, it is preferable to let one's mind wander in many different directions. Such wandering allows one to create more ideas and utilize them in the real world. In this case, wandering can actually aide in focus.

i did once. but the day i took it, i was really fidgety and got a really sensitive migraine. the rest of the day sucked. The worst part about it was that Tylenol wouldn't work because the focus factor was chemically inducing the migraine. i may be because I'm only 120lbs. and their was too much of the stuff in my blood stream. But yea, it helped me remember and pay attention to stuff very well like a ten on the 1-10 scale, but with a painful price

Nobody's actually answering your question. I have heard the commercials for Focus Factor and have wondered the same thing myself.

I have memory and thought problems and would try the stuff if I thought it might help.
