The physical action. Kissing and everything past that.
Quick kiss goodbye or something like that but no open mouth kissing.

I would define cheating as doing anything that you would have to hide from your spouse. Is the flirting done in front of the spouse and no harm, or is it hidden with intent to go further? Does the couple watch porn together to enhance their sex life or is it hidden from the spouse? Is the touching harmless, as in a greeting hug or is it meant to tantalise and get someone else in bed? The only person any married person should be kissing is their spouse- period. The line is drawn when it is hidden with malicious intent. At that point, the trust is broken and it will take a long time to repair.

Inappropriate contact with others either live or online/phone, when you are supposed to be in a committed relationship.

Porn or strip clubs would not be cheating...nor would thinking about someone else (fantasies are common ) unless it was having a negative effect on your ability to maintain your relationship

Everything that you have to lie about.. because it would break you up. If you can tell him you watch porn then fine, its not cheating!

Anything you cannot tell your partner (that involve an opposite sex) is cheating. As simple as that!
