Really? Many of our local churches have them out and they put them out every year. Many people in my neighborhood have been putting nativity scenes in their yards for years, too. Where do you live? I live in a pretty good sized city. I keep wondering where it is that people live where a nativity scene and Jesus have been taken out of Christmas because here in Denver - Jesus is still alive and well - and I haven't heard any complaints. Am I missing something?

Oh, there are a great many of them in my town...including the one on the court house lawn, and the one in the city park. I am fortunate enough to live in an area that is almost entirely Christian...and I love it!

My church has an indoor one, and I've got a really nice one on the front lawn of my store. It's been attracting a lot of people who come in to tell me how much they like it, and to do their Christmas shopping.

Our's does and they do a little live show with real people. They serve free hot cocoa to those waiting to see it. Runs about every 15 minutes. It's nice.
