Gringo is a slang that applies to people who lives in the United States, this name comes from the color of the uniform of the Army (green) and the verb "go". It became "green -go" or (leave, you in green) meaning that the people wanted the army to go away from their country and go back to the USA.
The word "ese" is a slang that is used in the north of México and is the same as "yo´" (you all) or dude.

You mean "gringo". In Mexican, it means 'stranger', usually for people from the US or another country. You have to make the spelling correct, since I have no idea what Essay is. Do you mean Ese? I think that means, "that".

The Spanish etymologist Joan Corominas states that gringo is derived from griego[1] (Spanish for "Greek"), the proverbial name for an unintelligible language (a usage found also in the Shakespearean "it was Greek to me" and its derivative "It's all Greek to me"). From referring simply to language, it was extended to people speaking foreign tongues and to their physical features - similar to the development of the ancient Greek word βάÏβαÏÎ¿Ï (bárbaros) - "Barbarian".
As far as esse goes, I'm not sure but its like saying whats up.
