Just do it. Stop hinting and just make the move. Guys like it when they're spared the chance of rejection.
Ignore this advice if you're not at least 16. You don't need to be "sexy" if you're not even old enough to be dating.

Talk to him about a movie that you watched where you were enraptured by a romanic scene between the two main characters. Or talk repeatedly about a close girlfriend and her boyfriend and how romantic they are together. Or be aggressive and make the first move. Take a small risk. I'm quite sure he might be waiting for you to send him some type of signal or green light for him to kiss you first. He sounds shy or just a little unsure. Give him assurance in some manner, and he should be able to take it from there.

Just kiss the guy, unless you're prepared to invest in a flashing neon sign to attach to your head. Hints are BAD, since the more subtle you make the hint, the more likely it will be missed.

If you want to kiss him just be romantic, snuggling, and staying close usually would set the mode. I'm a guy so if a girl did that I would get the hint she wanted to kiss, but the only sure fire way would probably talk to him and discuss it.

Catch his eye, then stare deep into his soul and let your lips do the rest of the explaining. Men are visual, so let your eyes hint what you are wanting.
Tip: Eye contact is highly sexual in the right setting.

There are like a million hints.. eye contact, will speak out for you.. just say that u want him to hold you, and be safe in his arm..
that will do..if he didn't respnod.. just kiss him.. maybe he's waiting for you to do the first move..

Well...you can "hint" all you want. Guys don't normally catch on to hints. You have to be direct.
But here's a couple of things anyways...
When talking to him...
>bite your lower lip
>keep licking you lips to keep them moist
>stare at his lips and not his eyes
>don't square off, stand or sit slightly sideways so that when you talk you can tilt your head down slightly

I spend 99.9% of my day looking for challeges and chances to take a leap of faith I think it would be nice if being with my girl could be a break from that. Instead of make him jump through hoops, just lay one on em'.
