I don't know exactly but you would probably have to go all the way into NYC (using Nj transit) then a train up to Ct. I know there are no rail lines going to Ct from Bridgewater or that area. Sorry.

I guess you can take NJ Transit to Penn Station in NYC. Take the subway to Grand Central and get on the Metro North Railroad to Bridgeport CT where you can transfer to Waterbury CT. Waterbury is about 5-10 miles from Bristol. Waterbury has a limited bus service so I don't think you can take a bus to Bristol but I'm not positive about that. You may have to call a cab.

Amtrack can be taken from Newark or NYC (Penn Station) to Hartford CT where you can get a bus to Bristol. Amtrack can get pretty expensive though but going directly into Hartford will get you the bus to Bristol.

The last time I travelled on a public toilet,........ oops, sorry, bus, was about 12 years ago. There's not much incentive to use them really, unless you're that desparate, but then I guess so many people MUST be desparate, otherwise they wouldn't use them as toilets, would they? Also, out here in the countryside, if you see a bus you generally contact the authorities, just in case it's been reported as lost!!
