I just answered 2 Questions asking for good wines at $ 10.
Neither identified which dollars. American? Canadian? Hong Kong? Australian?
The questioners could be interpreted as being American.
Am I the only one out here that gets extremely angry about Americans out here, answerers more than questioners, that never ID themselves as sucg6g7g8g9g/hChDHoAESESFSGSN; HP=1; yanswers=d=ypofgt6InzI21UQ_UtGKbCtQcVzZ30iezDvlt9WugwfJ3Vb0jAjdRB3DhawtdYE4ZGjftqEHZaOHF6qAJOphVe1kpkI-

.../...why they do not identify themselves as such, as Canadians and Australians (and U.K-ers, etc.) always do? Don't self-absorbed Americans (many of whom seem to think, for example, judging from answers I've seen here, that the 21 year drinking age is common, when in fact it is the highest in the world and shared by only one other country) ever look to the bottom of the page and see the other English-speaking countries served by Yahoo Answers (to say nothing of those in the non-English speaking ones who nevertheless choose to join us in English?).
It is just - well, so arrogantly American. So Bush-like. No wonder he/they screw(ed) up so bad.

I always identify my nationality... and this is Yahoo! Answers (america)... if you want Hong Kong or Austrailia... go to THEIR Answer sites.
Actually, I'd LIKE it if Yahoo would add little flags to everyone's ID... particularly in the politics section.

I think it's all pretty much been said already, but I can always use 2 points, so here's a recap:
1) Yahoo! is a company founded in California, US, and the vast majority of it's users are from the US.
2) People of other nations have provided for them their own special version of Yahoo Answers where questions can be more locally oriented
3) You're just jealous,
4) The symbol $ generally implies USD unless otherwise specified
5) "American" itself includes many more nations that the US, including Canada, which has their own dollar.
I would also like to add that in direct answer to the last part of your question, YES, you are probably the only person who visits this site that is upset at US citizens for not identifying enough to ask a question with a decidedly anti-american tone.

= Hank, I resent you calling Americans screw ups
I also don't see any national identification on your question
Are you making some assumptions also?
Now lets go to the Yahoo population part of your question, You may be surprised at the percentages as far as what nationality that people on Yahoo questions and answers claim and I think you will find the largest is not:
"see the other English-speaking countries served by Yahoo Answers (to say nothing of those in the non-English speaking ones who nevertheless choose to join us in English?"
How did this piece of technology come to exist? Where exactly was the first T-1 laid down? (Might it have been in Cambridge MA at MIT) I was there when it happened.
Did we (Americans) not give the Internet away for free?
Yes you are right that we Americans make assumptions and I agree that they are sometimes viewed as presumptuous.
Thank you for pointing it out.
So enlighten us by your good example. As Gandhi might have said, The best way to defeat your enemy is to make him your friend. (or was it Abraham Lincoln)(that might offend you also)
I am not ashamed to be an American and your statement no matter how some of it may have a point does not change the fact that whenever there is a world disaster who does everyone turn to? Also when there is a great natural disaster here who comes to our aid? (very few with very little)
So to dismiss this, let us examine the possibility of being a world population.

Your question is a bit vague. North Americans? South Americans? Everybody in the western hemisphere is technically an American. Most likely, however, you're referring to people who live in the United States, because the vast majority of people use the term in that context, the same way that the vast majority of people use the term "dollar" for US dollars, unless they're in a place where a different dollar is more common.

Good Grief. If you want people to ID themselves by country of origin, then ask them to. How on earth are you getting mad at people for your lack of specificity? Sorry but *my* mind reading ability was eaten by Sylar.
If you don't like the answers, then try using the search box at the top of the page. The $10 wine question is asked on here numerous times a day.
Signed - AN AMERICAN!!!

Many "American" questions or subject concerns are the two significant to non-human beings. Your united states has a substantial degree of value and impact interior the international and the possibilities your representatives make may impact foreign places worldwide places' secure practices, stability or economy. different than that, there are continually some idiots around that experience the ought to rant approximately Bush or human beings usually because of the fact they hate the USA. maximum of those human beings don't comprehend something approximately politics, they are leftists or they are Muslims. Or all 3. i'm not one in all them.

I think you may be the only one that gets "extremely angry" about the Americans out there.
If they, the Americans upset you so much, don't use this service.
I assume USD is being quoted and when I reply I specify AUD if necessary.
Dude, life is too short to get extremely angry.

Hi.
American.
Does it really matter? Just assume since we signed on to an American company from an American site that we are Americans.
Or you could forgo telling us how expensive wine is and just buy it and send it as a gift then it won't matter. I live in Philadelphia...and always glad to get a bottle of wine. :)
BTW~ Where are you from? Mars?

The logical conclusion to this is to assume they are talking about American dollars. I would think if they were not they would specify what country's dollar they mean.
I have no idea what the last part of your question means. It makes no sense.
