i have a pet baby bird cockatiel and he has a bad habit of alwayss pooping in his water and it is driving me crazy because he does it all the time. how can i train him to stop doing that. i had a cockatiel before and he never did that and i want this one to stop because it is disgusting. can you help me?

get a water container that either hangs on the cage,one that fills up a little bit every time it drinks from it,set it on a track schedule and only put its water container in for a little bit,or all of the above

Try moving the water dish to another spot in the cage, and if you can't then try buying one that has a cover over it.

Either get a special dish, or just ignore it. In nature, they eat their own poop. Just get her fresh water every day/ two times a day.
