I am thinking about moving to Puerto Rico for a few months next year, what are some good websites for apartments and jobs there? Also, does Puerto Rico have a public transportation system? Any other information would be great!

Puerto Rico has a Public Transportation System but It's Not like the NY system..that You can Count on ity..In Puerto Rico Busses run every Hour..

The have another system call the Pisa y Corre (Vans) those are very reliable...but you can only find them in the cities like Carolina, san Juan and Bayamón.

You can check endi.com for apartments and jobs. There is public transportation in the metro area only. You'll need a car to move around in for the rest of the Island. Jobs are scarce so you'll probably be unemployed for a year o so. Rent in the metro area can run from $600.00 to 2000.00 a month. If your planning to move to the west side of the Island, rent will be between $450.00 to $650.00 a month. Jobs are even harder to find in the west so you'll have to be patient.

Don't move here, transportation they have taxis, but public not reliable. Homes here a not what your'e used to, all concrete and small. Apartments are around 800-1500 for nice ones . Homes 350 amonth and up. Very rundown here, not too many jobs here unless your company is built out from u.s
