My roommate is a certified King Cobra, two 40-oz. a day drunk and acts like a total fool. What's in this stuff that causes the mind to deteoriate?

The fact that it is mostly people who are already stupid who drink such stuff.

its just the alcohol and how much the person is drinking....
some people are just plain stupid and alcohol brings that out in them.....
although, most people when completely obliterated are stupid....
its just a fact of life....
