There is no "best" place, but a bar is by far not in the top of any list...while you can meet great people there, you also are more likely to meet those that aren't good relationship prospects...
If you want to meet women, look around you. We are everywhere (online and offline)...if you see someone that appeals to you, introduce yourself and see what happens...

How about going to a concert of some kind alone,,,,the grocery store...the library...or the internet. The bar would not be the place to meet anyone. I am one and i know alot of people who have met thier partner on the internet,,,yes it can and does happen. Or what about the gym????? Alot of single females there.

Hy.I am a women,i will not go to the bar to find a good man.i would go to a wedding its private,birthday parties,or to do volunteer work, the beach,or on a blind date that one of my friend wood ask me,church,funeral,restaurant,walk with the dog,bowling,baseball,some body you no that giving a conference,subscribe your self to a fitness club,kickboxing club,or go to skating ring.airport,just walking in a mall,talking with your co-worker,just simple bus ride,etc And don`t forget eye contact and a smile.well i hope that i help you a little.

take your pick, we women are pretty much EVERYWHERE! hell, you can't throw a rock without hitting one of us. try looking in places that you would frequent that are of intrest to you. ( ex:if you like reading try the library) otherwise, thr grocery store, the gas station, the post office, you get to actually pick who you meet and where.
