Jesus Christ is the intermediary between God and Man. Jesus came from heaven to earth, put on humanity, to redeem mankind to God.
Elohim (God) is the Father, Word & Holy Spirit. The Word (bread from heaven) came from heaven to earth, put on humanity, to redeem mankind to God.
In the beginning Elohim created the heavens and the earths. Elohim has a physical shape, a soul and a spirit. We are made in the image of Elohim, as a whole person; body, soul & spirit.
God the Father highly exalted Him with a name above all names. At the name of Jesus ever knee should bow and tongue confess that Jesus Christ is LORD.".
So, worship God (Elohim); the Father, Word & Holy Spirit.

They're very good questions.
I am a mother, a sister, and a daughter, 3 persons in one. It's the same with God: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit, 3 persons in 1.
Christians put a lot of emphasis on Jesus, because the Bible says, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Jesus was sent to earth as a man to bridge the gap between man and God. Because of what Jesus has done, we can know God intimately, and we have freedom in his love.
Now, about Adam and Eve, they are mentioned as being the first 2 human beings. The Bible focuses on them and their children.
Throughout the Old Testament, there is mention of cousins getting married, even 2 daughters getting pregnant to their father. This doesn't mean we're all inbred hicks. Back then, the gene pool was pure and perfect. There were no diseases, no illnesses, no genetic disorders. Inbreeding wasn't an issue because that was how God ordained it for that time. Now, because the gene pool has been contaminated, and I believe sin is the cause, inbreeding is no longer a part of God's plan.
One thing that is constantly mentioned in the Bible is that Jews should not marry people from other races, and that Christians should not be 'yolked' with unbelievers. So, much as inbreeding is wrong, there are still certain guidelines we should follow.

Christ is God and therefore no break in the commandment. However, let us understand something about idols. The Jewish people understood that worshipping images was to discount God. Yet, there is another reason as well. It was just plain foolish. Why was it foolish? As stated in Genesis man is the image and likeness of God. What this means in the ancient Hebrew is man is the IDOL of God. Therefore, it would be foolish to worship graven images since man is the idol through which worship to God is offered. As stated in their commentaries (Midrashes) "When man walks down the street, the angels cry out, "Make way for the idol of God!" Of course I am paraphrasing, but accurate in context. Since we are the idols of God, it does not mean we worship ourselves. For if we truly ponder who we are and the power of who we are, then we would worship God. As the psalmist sings, "I am fearfully and wonderfully made." And yet if we are this amazing then there must be one who is truly amazing that created us. And so, with our whole being we worship God.
Also, when looking to the myths of Genesis about our origins, we must remember what the central theme of the text is. We must also know the genere. The Genesis myth is a myth used to teach the truth. Myths do not mean "untrue", but are literary devices that point to a truth. Now being that Genesis is a myth, then we should not interpret it as a historical or scientific text since that is not the major discipline or occupation of the authors. The authors are merely trying to explain the "why" of our history and not the "how" of our history. Leave the "how" to the scientists and the "why" to the theologians. This way neither discipline intrudes the other's field of study. May the Lord bless and keep you. May He let the light of your face shine upon you.

I'm going to answer this even though it is obvious you are one of those who ask these questions to get a reaction.
Christ is not an idol. He is the Son of God. He is God in man form for our sakes. The Trinity. Jesus has authority over us.
And yes you do sound like an inbred hick.

Christ is not an Idol, Chris is God's son. part of the trinity. Secondly, yes we are all decendant from Adam and Eve. No we are not all hicks. The chain had to start somewhere, and if you put any stock in evolution you would have to think that we came from Apes, which means we would all be inbred animals. The line started with Adam and Eve. God made them, and from them came us. God made us (Genesis 1:26-28) 26 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, [b] and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
27 So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.
28 God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground."
If you put any stock in the bible, put stock in God. Chris is God's own son, who he sent to die on the cross for our sins. IF you are searching for truth, believe that.

A true Christian (Christ-like) is a follower of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the son of God. A true Christian worships God and follows the teachings of his son.
Adam and Eve are a creation myth in the bible that explains the very beginning of the world to followers. There were a lot of people in the world at the time that the religion started.

Jesus saves us not God...
even satan believes in God! Does satan believe in Jesus? God says very plainly that salvation is only through Jesus: 'Neither is there salvation in any other for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved' (Acts 4:12)."
Adam and Eve were created perfect in every way. Their children would also, no doubt, be born physically and genetically perfect. Therefore, Cain's wife could be one of his sisters with no problems. Likewise, many of Adam and Eve's children would have inter-married with no problems.
"None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness. " (Leviticus 18:6).
God does not condone near-relative marriages. Had God's command to Israel been given to Adam and Eve, and they and their children all obeyed it, mankind would have quickly died out. God, therefore, had to temporarily allow intra-family marriages to increase his earthly family.
By the time of the flood severe genetic weaknesses had likely set in, making close-kin marriages impractical, so after the flood God reduced the life span of mankind to seventy years. This would prevent another population explosion of the pre-flood magnitude. (Mathematicians have calculated a billion people may have died in the flood.)
One might wonder why genetic weaknesses set in. It's obvious Cain didn't care about God's law, else he would not have murdered his brother (Genesis 4:8; Exodus 20:13). If he disobeyed God in this matter, he likely disobeyed God in matters of diet (Leviticus 11; Deuteronomy 14), and ate whatever pleased him.

Jesus Christ = the Word (logos) = God = became flesh (human) and dwelt among us. (John 1:1-14)
Jesus Christ is God the Son.
Are we all inbred? Why, yes. We all trace our human origins to our First Parents.
As for "hicks"? Well...I'll let you gaze into the mirror on that note.
