You have the XP OS Disc correct? Wipe your computer with something like Dban (http://dban.sourceforge.net/), then boot up from the XP disc and install.

Obviously, if you don't have the XP disc, you don't want do this.

If the password is set as "blank" then you should be able to just hit ENTER to proceed. Make sure you are booting from the XP CD. If thst doesn't work, you can try (assuming you have an ATA/IDE hard drive) hooking it up into another computer by making it a SLAVE/SECONDARY hard drive and then formatting it and then putting it back into the original computer
