does it give u anyother error? looks like u got a HP or a compaq computer it means: "This error message probably occurred, because a spyware removal application incorrectly detected the Updates from HP Connections or Compaq Connections client software (developed by BackWeb Technologies), as spyware and improperly removed it. Since only part of the client software was removed, the errors displays because the software cannot fully open when Windows starts.
Updates from HP or Compaq Connections is a messaging service that comes pre-installed on HP and Compaq desktop computers. The service provides product notices, support updates, tips, and special offers specifically for your model of HP or Compaq PC" let me know if u need more help

Working with a slow computer can be time consuming as programs/ applications take a long time to start. This problem is more pronounced in computers which have been used for 6 or more months. More information at http://fixit.in/slowcomputer.html
