I hate this person but he really likes me, but hes on meds to and he slapped me and gets me all these gifts!! how do i tell him off plz help

dont listen to that guy who said about pressing charges thats just silly!
girls slap boys all the time n they dont get charged!
HE IS ON MEDS FOR GOODNESS SAKE THE POOR BOY!
Just tell him that you dont treat a girl by giving her heaps of gifts as that is materialised and we go for more emotions and true love however tell him gently how much your FRIENDSHIP means to him and how a lighthearted friendship such as your own could turn bad and you don't want that!
make sure he gets the point as nicely as possible!

It's beyond unacceptable for a man to hit a woman, regardless if he is on meds or not. I would be forceful, blut, upfront, and honest. You can even start by saying, "You hit me, stop buying me gifts, we are friends, and will never be more than that." Even if you don't want to be friends with him, I would still use that word and then try to stay the heck away from him. If you are in school report him for hitting you! Or tell someone there that he hit you and won't leave you alone, that might solve the problem. Teachers/Counselor really dislike hearing that a guy hit a girl for any reason!

You can use whatever language you want. The secret is to say it with tact. That is the key. Trust me, you will leave him wondering whether you were being nice or mean or what the heck ever. He'll be pondering over it for a few days and it'll give you room to breathe. Have fun!

Don't worry about being nice. Just say, "Stop buying me gifts, stop contacting me. I don't want to have anything to do with you." If he keeps it up, then he's stalking you. Contact the police.

why don't you tell him you like him like a "brother"
or a friend ,but not like a boyfriend or find a person that likes him or you can always tell him that you dont like him
