There is none, if you are talking about the real thing. the other answers are all sparking wine. champagne is grow in the champagne region of france. if you want to get drunk and dont gag stick to the champagne of beers michelob
ps all that cheap stuff is not naturally fermented they force oxygen into it for the bubbles and thats what gives you the huge hangover

korbel brut usually sells for $10 to 14 a 750 ml bottle. I recently saw it on sale at CVS for $9.99. Much better than Andre. It tastes similar to the $15 to 20 bottles. Cheers!

Assuming you are referring either to US, or Hong Kong or Australian dollars (Canadian taxes make it impossible to find a sparkler for less than $CDN 10): as general appellation categories: (1) Spanish Cavas, and (2) Italian Proseccos. In the USA and Australia there are also a couple of domestically made brands.
