I am a Christian. (ofcourse.)
I don't understand why some of you don't believe on God? I mean if it wasn't for him he wouldn't be here. Don't say.. Your mamma made ya. The first person was God. He has a special gift. He created the world, and us. Do you get it?

Why is it so hard to believe in God? I am not trying to change your religion but Why Don't you believe in God? It's not like out of no where the world created? Think for a second or more... If you don't believe in God.. Think.... NOW! Why don't you believe in God? If you don't believe in God do you still celebrate Christmas for the fun of it? For the people who believe in God.. You can answer why you believe in god too!

So my question is... Why don't you believe in God?

I am an atheist (of course).
I think you are wrong. You state that a god created the world, but you do not provide any proof, evidence, or even a remote reason why anyone should believe this. Nor do you try to explain where a god itself should have come from.
Sorry, but there is absolutely no reason to believe in a god. The concept of a god is just a delusion of humans.

because I have a hard time believing in something that has no proof. I was a christian for a long time, but after I really got in depth into my bible I realized a multitude of things. Here is just one:

According to your beliefs, did he create the earth or did he have his minions do it? He created the earth and according to the christian belief he can do ANYTHING so why did he give his "word" to people to put down on paper? If he knows everything as so many christians say then he KNEW from the start that they were gonna screw it up and change it and pull it apart and take a ton of personal liberties with it. So the basis of christian belief and law, the bible, is a bunch of bull to me.

Now it's your turn to think.

I am not sure how not to believe in God, so i understand where you are coming from. although many people could argue god isn't real, but it is just wha tyou believe in. You can't really tell someone to believe in God when they don't, just like you wouldn't want some someone to try to make you not believe in god. This isn't a question that people should be asking, if fyou believe, you believe, if you don't, you don't. thats it, case closed. Everyone has their own opinion about God, and how the world is created. You have yours, and i have mine. If they don't believe in God, you shouldn't bug them about it. I believe, but evenso, its not right to put people on the spot and tell them its wrong not to believe if they don't. And if you believe in God it doesn't nessacarly mean you are a Christian, so take a chill pill, sit back and relax. Amen.

Why are you so sure you are right?

I am not a believer because I was raised that way and even as adult I do not find any truth in religion or gods. Sorry if that, from my own life, isn't the "right" answer you want.

I believe in God because I have seen His power in my life so many times. He is my friend and has ALWAYS answered my prayers. Sometimes not the way I want Him to, but every time I've seen that it was better for me in the long run. So, to sum it up, I believe in God because I know He loves me and has a plan for me. And I love Him too!
